#Terms and Conditions

These terms govern event planning and related services provided by Luxury Events Marrakech, Marrakech, Morocco (www.marrakechluxevents.com). By confirming a booking you accept these terms.

#1. Quotes and booking

Every event is planned around a custom written quote shared via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received. Prices quoted include only the services, equipment, and hours listed; requests outside the quote may involve additional cost, always agreed with you first.

#2. Payment

A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before or on the day of the event as stated in your quote. We accept the payment methods listed in your quote and do not ask for payment through unofficial channels.

#3. Changes and cancellation

Date changes are free of charge subject to availability. Cancellation terms — including any non-refundable deposit and third-party costs already incurred (venue fees, transport, permits) — are stated in your quote. Where a desert setup must be moved for weather or safety, we work with you to reschedule at no extra planning cost or to relocate the experience indoors.

#4. Weather and desert experiences

Agafay Desert and Ourika Valley experiences depend on conditions on the day. For safety reasons we may adjust timing, location, or setup. Such adjustments are not grounds for refund where the core service is delivered.

#5. Photography

Packages that include photography deliver the photos as agreed in your quote. We only publish client images on our website or social media with your prior written consent.

#6. Liability

We are fully responsible for delivering the services in your quote. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (natural events, flight disruptions, government restrictions) or for the acts of venues and third parties you book directly.

#7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photos, and design — belongs to Luxury Events Marrakech and may not be reused without permission.

#8. Applicable law
